AGE : Taisho period, circa 1920
SIZE : The screen measures 68.5'' by 120'' (174 by 305 cm).

The colors and designs of the kimono are magnificent and the western dress of the youngest girl makes a fascinating contrast. Her apple is also a sign of modernity as well as being a seasonal indicator.
TECHNIQUE : The scene has been painted with ink, color and gofun on silk.
CONDITION : The screen is in fair condition. Essentially it is in need of restoration. Please contact me in relation to this.
