ARTIST : It is the work of a Nihonga artist named Moriji (Hidarisawa Moriji). He is known to have exhibited at the 1936 Teiten Exhibition (more information may be forthcoming).

DESCRIPTION : Blooming during the late summer, the flower laden stems of bush clover arch over a pair of attentive rabbits. Finely attuned to their surroundings, the rabbits exude a sense of care, responsibility and thoughtfulness.
