We guarantee the provenance and condition of all our items to be as described. We offer a 7 day inspection period on all pieces sold. If the description of the item(s) as advertised, or the condition stated therein does not accurately match the goods you receive please feel free to return the item(s) in question. Items must be postmarked no more than 7 days after their receipt. A full refund less zen-zen0’s actual shipping and insurance costs (not the quoted shipping and insurance costs), will be promptly made once we have received the item(s) in its original condition.
